Gail's vision was formed through her degree in elementary education, early childhood studies, and special education and a master's degree in special education. Her teaching experiences range from preschool through grade six, special education, and literacy coaching. Together, she and classroom teachers collaborate to individualize instruction, boost student independence, and prioritize purpose in their teaching.
Gail is the author, and co-creator of the Daily 5 Framework, CAFE Literacy System, and now Prepared Classroom. She has been training educators around the world for more than two decades.
