Engaged Learning in Action: Grades K-2

We get to peek into a K-2 classroom. Children are participating in independent and collaborative learning simultaneously. 

The level of noise is normal for this developmental stage. It is around age 9 or 10 that students make the shift from needing to audibly hear their own voice as they read to being able to hear their voice in their heads.
