Sometimes what we need most is a moment to reset our own thinking. This simple tracker is designed for exactly that.
It offers a gentle way to pause, notice the good around you, and reconnect with the parts of teaching that bring energy and purpose to your day. The goal is to create a small rhythm of reflection that helps your mindset shift toward gratitude, growth, and balance.
Using the Mindset Tracker
This tracker is a simple way to reset your thinking for a week. Start by choosing one word and a quote to set your intention for the week.
Each day, take a moment to record one small action in four categories that support both your teaching and your well-being.
There are no dates on the tracker. Use it during any week when you want to pause, refocus, and bring intention to your days.
